New Manager Training

Pennsylvania Downtown Center (PDC) will present new manager training on Monday November 15, 2010 from 9:30 am – 4:00 pm, here at our Harrisburg office (130 Locust Street, Suite 101, Harrisburg, PA 17101). Lunch will be on your own from 12:00 - 1:00 pm.This training will facilitate your transition into the role of Main Street or Elm Street manager by familiarizing you with the expectations of and services provided by PDC and DCED. Completion of this training is essential prior to beginning the Main Street Institute or Elm Street Academy. New manager training will include the following topics:
- Program overview
- DCED contract management
- Reporting requirements
- PDC membership
- Resources available to managers
