Learn how to build consensus and cooperation among public and private sector partners; how to make the most of limited financial resources; build an effective board; and maintain and increase volunteer participation. A crucial element in planning the direction of downtown is the development of and adherence to a downtown vision and action strategy. Attention will be given to creating and implementing an action strategy with measurable outcomes. Considering both Main and Elm Street? No problem.
