Membership Catagories & Benefits

Organizational Membership Level - $250.00/yr.

This membership level entitles any nonprofit organization or local government agency to receive basic PDC services, such as the weekly e-Update, access to the members only section of the website, user privileges at the PDC resource library, the quarterly CenterPiece newsletter, and discounted registration at PDC workshops and the Annual Conference.

Enhanced Membership Level - $600.00/yr.

The Enhanced membership level entitles a nonprofit organization or local government agency to the benefits associated with the Organizational membership level, as well as one site visit per fiscal year (at the member's request), one socio-economic data update per fiscal year, and up to four uses per fiscal year of PDC's online survey tool.

Regional Program Membership - 500.00/yr.

Benefits of Regional Program Organizations:

  • Access to the members only section on website
  • Weekly e-Update
  • CenterPiece newsletter
  • Access to the PDC Membership Directory
  • Discounts to the Annual Conference and workshops -Applies to regional program organizations staff only, not extended to individual communities or neighborhoods.
  • Member rate for fee-for-service projects - Applies to Regional Programs only, not to workshops or services provided to individual communities or neighborhoods

Regional Programs Dues Structure
A Regional Program is defined as a coordinating organization that oversees the revitalization efforts of three or more individual communities/neighborhoods.

Business Memberships

Bronze, Silver and Gold Memberships offer all benefits of an Organization Membership, plus added features designed especially for businesses that wish to take advantage of business development opportunities.

Bronze - $400.00/yr.

This level entitles our vendors and consultant members a listing on the PDC website and a discounted exhibit space at the Annual Conference.

Silver - $600.00/yr.

The Silver level includes the benefits associated with Bronze level membership, as well as PDC consulting services.

Gold - $1,500.00/yr.

The Gold level expands the above benefits to include a choice of two of the following: consultation services, sponsorship listing in the CenterPiece newsletter, or two complimentary registrations at the PDC Annual Conference.

Note: Member benefits apply only to the person listed as the member; multiple contacts at an organization do not receive additional passwords, mailings, etc.
