Membership Overview

You are the “Vital” in Revitalization… Membership with the Pennsylvania Downtown Center continues to increase each year. PDC represents communities and business partners in all regions of Pennsylvania, with the greatest concentration in the northeast and south central regions. Although membership revenue is a small percentage of the annual PDC budget, membership dues allow us to expand our services and spread the word about community revitalization.

Our efforts at expanding member benefits and added value are ongoing. The annual PDC conference is a perfect example: not only do member attendees receive substantial discounts on registration; they also have access to the most comprehensive menu of workshops devoted to neighborhood revitalization. At PDC, we strive to make our services affordable so that even the smallest community (Volant, pop. 99) has the opportunity to achieve their revitalization goals.
